Resource Centre at M.L.
Dalmiya & Co. Ltd. will act as a single window
support centre for the IT investors. It will undertake
procurements of permissions, licenses and clearances
necessary for the investors.
M.L. Dalmiya & Co.
Ltd. shall also assist the investors in acquiring
professional expertise in web-based technology and in
software development for e-commerce websites.

Tariff cheaper than Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and

will be 15%, 10% and 5% respectively.
Waiver on electricity duty on electricity consumption
for production/operation for 5 years.

Elaborate
water supply lines and networks with a system of Bore
wells controlled by sophisticated instrumentation is
already being developed for the general areas of CLC at
the rate of 3 crores litres (30 MLD) water per day.
Drinking water is already available through water tanks,
each having a capacity to supply 4 lakh litres of
drinking water per day.

Public/State
buses ply in eight routes and each at a regular
interval of ten minutes. The travel time to
the CLC site is just about 20 minutes from the
Science City.
The
frequency of bus services would increase
further.
The GOWB has
decided that Public/ State buses would also
ply within the elaborate road network of the
Complex.
In due course,
private and chartered buses would also be
available for movement to and from the
Complex, as well as within the Complex.
